In brief: what we have done
The website audit and preparation of technical specifications for internal optimization
We’ve fixed the Sitemap.xml errors. We’ve managed to index many pages (from 5-6K indexed pages, we got about 60K) by splitting maps into smaller ones and creating maps with separate URLs.

Our team has added the ratings and reviews, removed the page duplicates, fixed the code errors, etc.
Micro-markup was elaborated to improve snippet and to increase CTR.
Developing semantic core of SEO keywords
We’ve developed, expanded, and updated the SC. We identified the missing directions of the structure expansion. The number of relevant landing pages has increased at least threefold after the final structure was ready.
For example: in America, people often search for real estate using ZIP codes, as schools are strictly tied to the area. These subcategories have further generated organic traffic growth.
Or the semantic of the rental type was missing: New, Old, Rent.

OnPage optimization of the landing pages and prototypes
We did The OnPage optimization of landing pages, developed the prototypes considering the website usability to retain users and to ensure conversion.
Since there were many new landing pages, it is impossible to elaborate each page individually. Therefore, both category pages and cards of specific complexes and developers were elaborated.
We’ve prepared templates for meta tags, spun text with variables to generate unique content for all new landing pages.
Later, we manually enhanced the priority pages.
Such an approach enabled us to get many unique and high-quality landing pages that quickly reached the TOP at a minimal cost.
The expansion of the structure by 100K+ relevant landing pages enabled us to increase traffic several times in a couple of months.
Meanwhile, we improved the already existing landing pages to optimize them based on relevant keywords. Thus, out team developed a new page structure to increase conversions. City pages, developer cards, Zip Codes pages and other pages were updated.

Analysis of the competitors link profile and monthly link building
The link profile of the niche competitors has been analyzed, and we’ve created the link promotion strategy. Basically, we decided to focus on outreach to choose the relevant websites of the highest quality.
The important point in the outreach approach: a thorough analysis of organic traffic on the donor site (type of organic traffic, the region of the users, which pages the traffic goes to, etc.). This approach enables you to choose the high-quality and relevant sites that will benefit the project.
The links were posted on forums, profiles, we also conducted the search of guest-posting sites.
Additionally, we were selecting thematic drops with good traffic indicators, and it also had a positive result.
