We instantly realized that the work would be related simultaneously to blog development and the improvement of commercial pages’ structure. We intended not only to increase organic traffic but also to grow the number of leads. We split up the work into 2 phases: Phase 1: technical audit and search for fast growth points. Scoring and prioritization. As part of the audit, we drew up a technical specification for the initial optimization and outlined the ways to address basic issues.
